The TimeKeeper Enterprise started business in 2008, with a mission to allow more people be aware of the ticking world of great human creations, embrace and enjoy the results of true techniques and craftsmanship in timepieces at reasonable cost with superb services.  As such, we promote only high quality German mechanical timepieces that are truely using German and Swiss made techonology and movements.

With this mind, the company worked directly with German based well known and bespoked watch manufacturers where traditions and legends of watch making were originated.  This will ensure that our customers get the highest quality products at the best price together with our absolute unique services for individualized timepieces. 

We are not a usual watch seller in the business.  While we display our timepieces online for easy information sharing, we engage in face-to-face discussions or virtual consultation to fully understand and meet the requirements of our exclusive customers whenever possible. 

Our objective is to help our customers decide on their desired timepieces for each special moments and for different occasion to be treasured in their lives.  Keeping history with timepieces is not just talking any more!  Its will be ticking for ever ...

Our Business

The company reach out to our clients through multi-channels approach. A large portion of the business is generated through the retailers and web enquiries where following up with direct face-to-face consultation or email consultation can be made easier.  We have also generated a large pool of supporters and loyal customers who became our referrals.  Of course, this is a great compliment to our high quality products and great personal services.

We also engage our business in promoting  unique individualized timepieces  through other channels like internet, advertisement, tele-marketing and co-sponsorships.

Since exclusive selling is one of our objectives, most of our unique timepieces are usually unavailable through usual retail outlets or shopping malls. 

Personalized service is the theme of the business.

The intention for expanding the operation in Asean are in the plans and executing.  This will further enhance our touch points with all potential new clients and also our customers.

Who We Are

The owners of the company have been hobbists of timepieces and horology for many years.  Although working outside of the watches industry, owning a business for high quality timepieces has always been part of the unfulfilled dreams.

Opportunity arised when the market demand for  people owning a desired timepiece became more apparent and popular in Asean, where the company is based.  With some referrals and opportunities being setup through friends, the decision to tie up between The TimeKeeper and its first supplier, Tourby Watches of Germany, started in early 2008.  We further build Partnership with our German Associate in 2010, to create bespoke and high quality watches to satisfy the needs of a niche market.

With more then 20 years of selling experience within the South East Asia region, the directors of the company have good understanding of what customer service is all about and how to improve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to continually delight our loyal supporters.
