Watches appearing in our gallery are mostly build to order but also available for your ordering.  The rest of the sections are mostly manufacturer's best selections for their customers.  Just let us know which model you would like to have or any personalization options you may have, and we will work with you on the details, confirm your order and determine the lead time required for delivery.  We will create a secured electronic invoice for you to pay through PayPal for the timepieces you've selected  or decided.

If you like to place order for an item directly using PayPal, simply send payment  to our registered PayPal account payment@de-timekeeper.com with the model and item number as the header, or let us know via email and we will send a PayPal inovice for the payment.  For PayPal inovice sent by us, you can pay through PayPal even if you are not a registered PayPal user.  No worries at all!! Once we received your details, our representatives will contact you directly.

Price
Our prices are NETT product, including taxes, but exclude shipping costs to Asean. The full price will be clearly indicated and included in the PayPal transaction.  Please check before making payment. (Price of watch + shipping cost)

Customers in other regions shall add the necessary taxes to our list prices and paid directly to us.  Please check with our sales team for the exact amount and we we create the special payment page for each customer for your convenience.

Some countries have also duty free for import of merchandise goods (Malaysia etc.) and other countries have duty free up to a value of $1.000 (Australia) for import of merchandise goods.  For some others like Singapore, Tax rate is at 7% and its already inlcuded in the NETT price.  For more information please contact your local customs office.

Disclaimer:  All Prices indicated are correct to the best efforts at time of entry.  However, human error or communication breakdown may sometimes involve and causes error.  The final purchase price shall be determinine by The Timekeeper Enterprise (Seller) and informed to the Customer (Buyer) if in any case involved in any form of mis-communication, mis-representaton and related matters.

Payment
We accept payment by, Interbank Transfer (GIRO) or PayPal ONLY for cstomers based in Singapore.  We accept PayPal payment from all international customers.  Credit Card payments are also available via PayPal. ONLY FULL PAYMENT of any order will be accepted and considered as order confirmation, which will authorize to begin the making of the timepieces.

Refund and order cancellation:

a) refund request will be accepted within 3 days of order

- if no payment was made, order will be cancelled accordingly

- if payment was made, a 5% (reference to total amount paid)  transaction charge will need to be paid to TheTimekeeper before the PAID amount can be refunded.

b) order cancellation will be accepted if :

- ordered product has not been shipped out of factory

- within 3 days of order confirmation

- cancellation due to out of stock or product EOL

Customization

Our supplier and partner, Tourby & Timekeeper, for handmade watch are exclusive watch manufacturers from GERMANY. They produce bespoke and customized timepieces. The companies do not sell run-of-the-mill models, and do not keep ready-made watches in stock. All our watches are built to client´s personal taste, requirements and specifications. You can select the parts for your "customized timepiece" from our large assortement of interchangeable components, thus allowing you to design your own individual watch. We work principally with vintage movements like Eternas, Phenix, Unicorn, Rolex, IWC, ETA and Unitas 6497 / 6498 movements in different levels of decorations and finishing. You may choose from a variety of different style of handmade cases available in polished steel, brushed steel, sand-blasted finish, PVD coated and 18k solid yellow, white or rose gold. A large dial variety is available in silver, black, enamel, guilloché, and pilot´s style. Hands are offered in black, white, nostalgic models, Louis XVI design, pilot´s models or genuine blued steel hands sets. You may choose a watchstrap to suit your own personal taste, from a robust pilot´s strap to an elegant genuine alligator one. We also build amazing HAND MADE movements and can engrave, skeletonized or guilloché timepiece to suit your personal tastes. We can even engrave your name on the movement, and for larger orders of 20 pieces or more, we can also personalize the dial too.

All watches displayed in our custom section are examples of our various timepieces we represent and our different price ranges. These models may be available upon your order but may also have been sold or are not in stock. Just Contact Us  using our feedback form if you need any clarifications, we will be very happy to assist.  

We can also build you a special timepiece using Timekeeper Germany's capabilities,  mixing and matching the different components to your own personal specifications and preferences.  This will likely get you a very unique, top quality and collectible timepiece at the end of the exercise.
