Timekekeeper Chronometry Germany presents the prototype of its own movement.
The hand-winded movement has a 3/4 plate and a decentralized second at 6.The movement, called TKW001 is made of modern light weight materials. The first 25 launch watches will be presented in May 2011 and available for ordering within the year.

Timekeeper Chronometrie Germany completes the prototype of "Serie 0". A modern watch which is equiped - as the first german watch - with a mechanical light-metal movement.
The first 25 watches are labeled as "Serie 0". This pilot series is strictly limited and will later be traded as "Serie 01". Official launch is scheduled for end of may 2011. The mechanical movement is produced by Timekeeper and labeled as TKM001...
The weight of the 45mm watch, including hand-wound mechanical movement, is less than 60g. Here we present the first 3D images of the Serie 0.
